When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Carrier tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

Yes. You may request to cancel your order at no cancellation charge before it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process if eligible.

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect address. We will try to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Opened sealed TCG products generally cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sealed products should remain sealed and in their original condition for a standard return.
