We carefully prepare and ship every order to help ensure your Pokémon and One Piece TCG products arrive safely and securely.

How Delivery Time Is Calculated

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for transit. The total estimated delivery timeframe is therefore approximately 7–10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude applicable holidays. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

📍 Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow some time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status after your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
